Greeting Cards:
Free shipping within Australia for orders over $45. Please use code- FREEPOST at checkout.
Art prints and cards can be shipped internationally after determining postage costs.
It will work out a lot cheaper per card if you buy them in bundles. Each of the cards is available in bundles of ten. There is a preselected mix of natives, and if you prefer, you can choose your own mix.
I use Australia Post to send greeting cards and endeavour to post cards within 2-3 business days of receiving an order.
PRINTS
Allow up to 10 days for the prints to be printed and add shipping time on top of that.
Orders to Europe allow between 1-3 weeks to arrive, and up to 7 weeks to the U.S.A. and Canada. Any customs, duties or taxes charged for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
I want you to be absolutely in love with your new piece! But I understand that sometimes things don't work out exactly as planned. Here is how we can handle that together:
How to Start: If you have any concerns, please get in touch with Me within 5 days of receiving your order. While I don’t accept cancellations, I always want to hear from you if there’s a problem so I can help make it right.
The Window: If we decide on a return or exchange, please ship the item back to me within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, I am unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items need to be in the same unmarked, original condition you received them in. Please include your proof of purchase or receipt in the package.
Refunds: Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll send you an email to let you know it arrived. If everything looks good, I’ll process your refund to your original payment method right away.
Exchanges: I am happy to exchange products for another of the same value; you will need to cover the postage. If the product is defective, please don’t hesitate to email me at dcookeart@gmail.com, and I'll get it sorted.
Important Notes:
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded; all sale items are final.
Partial Refunds: If an item is returned damaged, marked, or missing parts due to reasons other than my error, only a partial refund can be granted.
Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items over $75, I highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as I can't guarantee I'll receive your returned item otherwise.
