SHIPPING

Greeting Cards:

Free shipping within Australia for orders over $45. Please use code- FREEPOST at checkout.

It will work out a lot cheaper per card if you buy them in bundles. Each of the cards are available in bundles of ten. There is a preselected mix of natives and if you prefer you can choose your own mix.

I use Australia Post to send greeting cards and endeavour to post cards within 2-3 business days of receiving an order.

PRINTS

Allow up to 10 days for the prints to be printed and add shipping time on top of that.

For orders to Europe allow between 1-3 weeks to arrive and up to 7 weeks to the U.S.A. and Canada. Any customs, duties or taxes charged for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations but I am happy to hear from you if you have any problems with your order.

If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unmarked and in the same condition you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or marked.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

I only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at dcookeart@gmail.com.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
